What is NID-DAT?
Candidates seeking admission at the National Institute of Design must clear the NID Design Aptitude Test (NID DAT)

NID Design Aptitude Test (NID DAT) is a specific Design test conducted by the National Institute of Design (NID) for admission.
​​
This is the first step toward the admission process.
Who can Apply ?
Aspirants who have a bachelor's degree from any recognized university or institute can apply for NID M.Des admission.
Candidates who have completed a full-time diploma of a minimum of four years in design/fine arts/applied arts/architecture after Class 12 from a recognized institute or university are also eligible to apply for NID M.Des.
